Inspector. Our company has 30 years experience in
the building construction industry. We are Certified and a member
in good standing with the InterNational Association of Certified Home
Inspectors, and the InterNational Association of Indoor Air Consultants
(IAC2).
We perform inspections 7 days a week for your convenience and provide
you with an easy to read comprehensive computerized report with digital
photos usually within 24 hours from when the inspection ends. |

• We take numerous Certification classes yearly.
• Graduated from State of Illinois accredicated inspection

• We follow all National Accepted Standards of Practice.
• We use state of the art tools in our inspections.
• To avoid "conflict of interest" we do not perform repairs
on properties we inspect, which allows us to be
objective and unbiased.
• At the end of each inspection we verbally explain all
findings and issues prior to you receiving your
written report.
• The inspection report will not be shared
with anyone but you (our client) unless you specify
in writing at the time of the inspection. It will be e-mailed to you
in a PDF format.
• We provide on-going phone consultation even after the
inspection period ends. |
